Hereloom provides Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. Customers are not charged a standard shipping fee for U.S. orders.

Complete credit card and debit card information is not stored on the Hereloom website or servers.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Hereloom provides Free Standard Shipping for orders delivered within the United States.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
The estimated total delivery time is 7–12 business days after an order is placed.
Shipping business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
Orders placed after the 6:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) order cut-off begin processing on the next business day.
Tracking information is sent to the email address provided with the order after shipment.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
Returns, refunds, and replacements are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Hereloom provides a 30-day return period after delivery for eligible items.
For customer-remorse returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Hereloom covers the required return shipping cost.
Hereloom does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Hereloom does not provide direct exchanges for customer-remorse returns. Customers can return an eligible item according to the Refund Policy and place a new order for the preferred item.
